I am an intersectional feminist storyteller focusing on immersive movement, performative dance theatre and other forms of what I define as strategic fabulation. My work is political and most of it has taken place in intergovernmental spaces, bridging artistic and community-centric civil society practice, academia and high-level policy advocacy through strategic communication interventions rolled out on behalf of various international organizations. I am currently researching how embodied cognition centred on synchronous dance movement and feminist histories can influence collective perceptions with regard to gender and systems of oppression.
