Strategy
Needs assessment and communication strategy development: analysis of communication objectives, audience segmentation, key messages and sample narratives, channels matrix development and solutions per channel (social media, web, media, influencer partnerships, stakeholders management, outreach events, etc), media buying plan along with the target KPIs, monitoring and evaluation methodology.
Team management
Setting up, designing the internal workflows and leading a team of communication professionals covering various streams of work: media relations, editorial production, website development and management, social media, audiovisual production, graphic- and web design, community management, stakeholder outreach.
Coaching and trainings
Group workshops for communication professionals, civil society activists, social entrepreneurs on effective campaigns; professional trainings on social media formats, tools and strategy; interdisciplinary coaching on strategic editorial production; individual coaching on strategy development, video scripts and formats for social media, campaign planning, creative production for social media, media buying.

Coming from journalism and non-profit PR, I’ve been immersed in the field for nearly 15 years. After having worked for various national media, a human rights NGO and a large international organization, five years ago I decided to launch my own consulting company. As a full-time communication strategist, I’ve been engaged in many projects, supporting a broad range of clients, such as European Commission (DG NEAR, DG RTD, DG CLIMA, DG ENER, CINEA), International Energy Agency (IEA), Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and European Network of Political Foundations (ENoP).
The campaigns I’ve managed have a diverse geographic scope - sometimes even a global coverage. I’ve worked directly or remotely all over the EU, in its Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, Western Balkans, Central Asia and Turkey.
I am based in Vienna, Austria, and Brussels is a convenient train-ride away. However my work may also take me anywhere else in the world.
While I am most comfortable working in English, I can freely produce and deliver content in Russian and German. I also speak Romanian and some French.
